A Motorhome park can be defined as the place where Mobile homes are parked .They are also known as trailer courts, mobile home communities, manufactured home communities, and factory built home communities. These parks’ owners give Motor home owners place for rent where they place a home. With space they also provide them basic needs such as electricity, sewer, water and natural gas. They also provide the facilities of community rooms, animal exercise club, swimming pools and playgrounds.
Park Models are used by the Motorhomes as a destination camping units rather than traveling camping units. A good Motorhome park will always be dependent on utilities which are important to operate the system of the home. Parks are like mini mobile homes. These parks often never moved once set up.
The Motor home owner selects a good motorhome park on the basis of following things:
The park space is utilized fully by the owner. The free space should be cleaned. Swimming areas should always be clean and tidy .The park’s sewer and electric utilities should work properly. There should be enough staff to maintain the system of the parks e.g. electrical work, plumbing work and repairing of the park.
There should be pet area if pets are allowed there. These areas will attract more people to stay in of these motorhome park. The strict policy to handle the pets will encourage the pet’s owners and other people who are hesitant to stay there due to the presence of the pets to stay there freely.
The rules should be in the written form to avoid confusion related to the rules. The customers will come to know that the rules are in the advantage of them and they will obey the rules however the implementation of these rules is difficult work to do .The communities which have good set of rules and regulation, implementation of the rules is easy for them. The park owner who maintains the rules and regulation has good reputation in this business. The RV‘s manager and park owner must enjoy good working relationship. The amenities like wireless Internet service and cable television should install for entertaining the customers.
A good motorhome Park gives advantage to the people who keep on traveling or those people who visit to the same place on seasonal basis. The Motorhome place has extra space than the RV’s this is the reason the people feel like home. It has fixtures, home appliances and furniture.
